About Rotary Composter

We manufacture and supply the Rotary Drum Composter, a semi-automatic organic waste composting machine designed for large-scale waste management applications. Also known as an In-Drum Composter, this system efficiently converts organic waste into compost through a natural aerobic process.

The Rotary Composter consists of a horizontal rotating drum mounted on a torsion wheel system. The drum rotates with the help of a gearbox and motor, ensuring uniform mixing and aeration of the waste. A blower supplies fresh air for faster decomposition, while a sensor monitors tank movement and safety.

This machine is ideal for housing societies, hotels, canteens, and industries that generate a large volume of organic waste daily.

Working Principle:

Organic waste is loaded into the rotating drum along with a bulking agent. As the drum rotates, the waste is mixed and aerated, promoting microbial activity. Over 1520 days, the material transforms into nutrient-rich compost. Compost is removed periodically through the output door or during maintenance.
